WEDDINGS
You are cordially invited to begin your new life together in our beautiful Longaberger Alumni House located on the banks of the Olentangy River. You and your guests will enjoy the spacious first floor featuring the Jimmy Hull Atrium, a wonderful two-story gathering space with beautiful views of the grounds and the Chadwick Arboretum through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The atrium is adjacent to the Sanders Grand Lounge, where your ceremony or reception will be held. The Grand Lounge can accommodate up to 152 guests banquet style and offers a view of the Olentangy River accompanied by high ceilings, large windows, and a fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere.
If your day includes both a ceremony and reception, you have the option to use the Klevay Gallery for an additional charge. The two-story gallery is located on the second floor and is the perfect location for your ceremony that can accommodate 120 guests.

$1750 RECEPTION ONLY
- 6 hour rental (additional hours @ $150 per hour)
- 5 rooms and 2 fireplaces included in facility rental

- Bridal party hospitality room
- 60" round banquet tables (seats 8 guests maximum)

- All ancillary tables included (cake, buffet, and gift etc.)

$1750 CEREMONY ONLY

- Includes Rehearsal (day to be determined closer to event date)
- 4 rooms and 2 fireplaces included in facility rental

$2000 CEREMONY AND RECEPTION

$3000 OUTSIDE CEREMONY AND INSIDE RECEPTION
- 6 hour rental (additional hours @ $150 per hour)
- Includes Rehearsal (day to be determined closer to event date)
- Inside rainsite room set-up for the up to the minute move
- Outside ceremony space to include white padded folding chairs
- Landscaping touch-up the week of the wedding
- 6 rooms and 2 fireplaces included in facility rental
- Outside ceremony space

FOOD AND *BEVERAGES
Only approved Alumni House caterers may be used. Alcoholic beverages are permitted by Oxley's Beverage service, an OSU permitted company. Cash or Host bars are ordered through the Conference Services Department and not the caterer. If you are interested in serving alcohol, please contact the Conference Services Department at 614-292-3067 immediately.
*Beer only on Sundays.
TERMS
50% deposit due with signed contract, final payment due 14 days prior to event. All deposits are non-refundable.
